Excellent high temperature oxidation resistance, the oxidation resistance temperature is as high as 1600 ℃, which is equivalent to SiC; it has a moderately low thermal expansion coefficient (8,1 × 10-6K-1); good electrothermal conductivity; high The brittle-ductile transition temperature (1000 ℃) below has ceramic-like hard brittleness. It is metal-like soft plasticity above 1000 ℃.
